This pack contains 20 exercises (plus solutions in soft copy format). The following word processing skills are covered: shade and border text, indent paragraphs, insert page breaks, customise automatic page numbering, insert filename in header/footer and subsumes the INT1 skills. Exercises are provided as follows: 8 letters - 4 single page and 4 2-page, 8 reports and 4 further exercises incorporating mailmerge.
